About the Event

Join Terra Running Company for our 2026 Race Director Summit on Friday, February 20, 2026 from 9am-1pm. Morning coffee and lunch is included.

Terra Running Company is excited to share experience from almost decade of producing, managing, and timing races in SE Tennessee and North Georgia, including mountain biking, trail running, and road races from 1 mile to marathon. Terra Running Company is a Chronotrack race timer and has timed and managed events since 2017. Additionally, there will be time to network, collaborate, and share ideas with other race directors.

Cost: Free for one participant if you have signed a 2026 timing contract with Terra Running Company. $25 for any additional participants, and all other race directors. This includes if your race does not have a 2026 contract, you are working with another timing company, untimed races, or those interested in putting on a race in the future. All race directors are welcome and encouraged to attend!

About Cleveland

Cleveland is the county seat of Bradley County, Tennessee. As of 2020, the population was 45,902. Just like in other areas of the South, Native Americans such as the Cherokees were forced to cede their tribal homelands and move west in what was termed "The Trail Of Tears", in which many died. Cleveland was an exhibition in all this in that not only was it the site of the diminishing Cherokee's council at a place called Charleston and then Red Clay nearby, but it also was where federal troops imprisoned tribal members in stockades for forced removal by the time the crafty Treaty of New Echota passed in 1835. These things are represented at the Museum Center At Five Points and Red Clay State Park.
