The Mountain Scenic Route is a shorter but equally captivating option, covering an actual distance of 9.88 kilometers and climbing up 484 meters while descending the same amount. This course starts at 8:10 AM with a three-hour window for completion by noon on October 25th. Both courses are set against stunning natural backdrops, offering runners breathtaking views as they navigate varied terrain that includes steep climbs and rocky descents. The race is designed to test endurance while immersing participants in the lush greenery of Beijing's Western Hills National Forest Park.
