About the Event

The 2026 Mount Albert Sports Day 5km Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 8:30 AM EDT (gather at start line at 8:15 AM), starting at the Mount Albert Community Centre on Main Street in Mount Albert, ON, Canada. The course features rolling hills with a fast finish and caters to fast runners (course record 15:28), recreational runners, and families. Tons of prizes and medals are awarded to top male/female finishers, families, and teams. Participants are encouraged to stay for the fair after the run.

All participants must follow event rules as provided by the organizer. Bib pickup is available on Thursday, June 4 (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM) and Friday, June 5 (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM) at Mount Albert Foodland, and on race day (Saturday, June 6) from 7:00 AM to 8:15 AM at the Mount Albert Community Centre. Welcome and warm‑up begin at 7:45 AM. Finishing medals and draw prizes are awarded at the picnic shelter starting at 9:30 AM.
