About the event
Join us for another year of the Lyseth 5k Fun Run & Walk, taking place on Saturday, November 14. This annual event offers runners and walkers alike an opportunity to explore quiet roads through Portland's North Deering neighborhoods while enjoying a warm community atmosphere. Local residents line the route to cheer participants on as they make their way past charming homes and green spaces.
In addition to the main race, kids in grades K-5 can participate in a free 1/2 mile Fun Run that kicks off the festivities with youthful enthusiasm. The event is organized by the Lyseth Elementary School PTA, raising funds for enriching programs, classroom materials, special initiatives, and field trips that benefit all students at Lyseth Community.
Whether you're running or walking, come out to support this meaningful community celebration on November 14th.
