2026 JCC 5K Series - Summer Race

The Sidney And Pauline Friedman Jewish Community Center, nestled at the heart of Kingston along South J Strauss Lane, invites runners to experience its annual NEPA Racing series on three exciting dates: July 11, September 19, and November 26 in 2026. This event promises a unique blend of scenic routes and community spirit.
The race begins and ends at the Friedman Jewish Community Center, taking participants through diverse landscapes that highlight both urban charm and natural beauty. The course starts by winding around the JCC building before heading out onto the bustling sidewalks of Third Avenue towards Kingston Recreation Complex. From there, runners continue along a tranquil levee path, skirting Kirby Park's lush greenery.
The route then leads back to the recreation complex’s parking lot where participants can expect an energizing turn-around point. Afterward, runners make their way through another scenic stretch before returning to the JCC for the final sprint across its spacious grounds and past cheering spectators to cross the finish line.
Early registrants who sign up by June 28 will receive a special event giveaway, while day-of registration remains open until 8:30 AM. Packet pickup begins at 7:30 AM on race days, providing ample time for last-minute preparations before the run.
