About the Event

Welcome to the Grasshopper Kids Race 2026! This exciting event invites you and your little one to explore a trail-filled adventure. Please ensure that your child's bicycle is up for the challenge; no push bikes or training wheels are allowed.
The race will take place on a well-marked, 0.3-mile loop track. Half of this route follows an established rail trail, while the other half ventures into more rugged terrain with roots and ruts to navigate. These natural elements should pose no obstacle for riders of all ages.
For those who wish to stay close by in case their child encounters difficulties, spectator areas are available along the course. However, please refrain from interfering with other participants during the race.
Before your ride begins, a mechanic will thoroughly inspect every bicycle on-site to ensure safety. This check is not intended for repairs but rather to guarantee that each bike meets our standards before entering the competition.
