2026 Dudley Pond Fun Run - 5k Run, Walk and Kids Event

Embark on an invigorating day of fitness and fun along the picturesque shoreline of Dudley Pond, where participants will experience a blend of scenic beauty and challenging terrain. The festivities kick off at Mansion Beach with a morning gathering for fitness walkers who are treated to an energizing workout session led by professional trainers before setting out on their neighborhood run around Dudley Pond. For younger athletes, kids' courses cater to various age groups, ranging from short sprints of 25 yards up to a quarter mile. These races offer young participants the chance to enjoy the scenic beauty while building endurance and confidence in a supportive environment. As the day progresses, runners prepare for an exhilarating 3.5-mile loop that winds along Dudley Pond's serene shoreline. The course begins with gentle rolling hills before veering inland at just past the one-mile mark where it ascends uphill towards the halfway point. After reaching this peak, participants are rewarded with a fast downhill stretch and a flat finish back to Mansion Beach. Competitive walkers have their own opportunity to tackle part of the scenic route by following the same path as runners but can opt for an early turnaround at the one-mile mark if desired.
