This unique out-and-back course features fewer than 500 feet of climbing as you journey along a paved route through Mustard Canyon, surrounded by panoramic views of the Panamint, Funeral, and Cottonwood mountain ranges. With mild winter temperatures and a cap of just 300 total participants, this race sells out quickly, offering an unforgettable desert running experience that's as challenging as it is beautiful.

Strict course rules ensure safety and permit compliance: runners must stay on the west shoulder, run single file, and absolutely no headphones are allowed.
