This year's race introduces exciting new categories to cater to diverse participant interests. For women, the Cat 2 XC category has expanded age groups, ensuring more inclusive competition across various skill levels. Similarly, both men and women in the Cat 3 XC will see their age group categories widened for a broader range of participants.
A unique addition is the Just for Fun category, designed as one lap around the Cat 3 XC course. This non-timed event offers runners an enjoyable experience without competitive pressure or podium recognition. It’s perfect for those looking to explore the course in a relaxed manner.
For first-time racers eager to test their skills against the clock, there's the First Timers category. Participants here will be timed and can look forward to a thrilling race with potential accolades—complete with trophies for top three finishers!
