On November 26, 2026, the ASICS Mammoth Track Club invites runners to participate in the 12th Annual Footloose Turkey Trot in scenic Mammoth Lakes, California. This festive 3Km (1.86-mile) fun run takes place along the picturesque Mammoth Lakes Community Bike Path, offering breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and serene lakeside scenery.
Race day registration, as well as the start and finish lines, will be at the Community Recreation Center in Mammoth Creek Park on Old Mammoth Road. Participants can expect a challenging yet rewarding course that may include patches of ice due to the region's winter weather conditions. The ASICS team strives to ensure safety by clearing the path ahead of time.
T-shirts are available on a first-come, first-served basis at race day registration. Runners should dress warmly and prepare for potentially cold and snowy conditions as they navigate this unique out-and-back course along Mammoth Lakes' iconic bike path.
