Join us for an exciting Saturday cycling session designed specifically for young riders aged 10-16 who are ready to take their skills to the next level. While beginners under 10 years old are welcome, we kindly ask that you contact us beforehand to ensure they meet our standards. The event kicks off at 11am and runs until 1pm, offering a perfect blend of energetic training in the first hour followed by a brief break around midday for refreshments. Cyclists should come prepared with plenty of water and snacks to keep their energy levels up throughout the session. Registration is straightforward; you can either book online or simply show up on the day. If you choose to pre-register, please remember to use your child’s name instead of yours during the booking process. Additionally, members of our club enjoy a £2 discount for this event when they register in advance. Our club operates thanks to the dedication and support of its volunteers. Whether it's helping out with registration duties, bike maintenance, or coaching sessions, we are always looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to contribute to our vibrant community. All volunteer positions operate on a rotating schedule, making it easy to fit involvement around your other commitments. For more information about joining the club as a member and taking advantage of additional discounts and opportunities, please visit us at one of our regular sessions or contact us directly. We look forward to seeing you there!

About Southwark
Learn more about the host city, Southwark.
Southwark is a district of Central London situated on the south bank of the River Thames, forming the north-western part of the wider modern London Borough of Southwark. The district, which is the oldest part of South London, developed due to its position at the southern end of the early versions of London Bridge, for centuries the only dry crossing on the river. Around 43 AD, engineers of the Roman Empire found the geographic features of the south bank here suitable for the placement and construction of the first bridge.
