Join us for an exciting Saturday session designed specifically for young cyclists aged 10-16 who are ready to take their skills to the next level. The event, which runs from 11am to 1pm, offers a dynamic and engaging experience tailored to intermediate riders. The morning kicks off with high-energy training that challenges participants to push their limits on the bike track. A brief break around noon allows everyone to refuel with snacks and drinks before getting back into action for more riding fun. Younger cyclists are welcome too; however, we kindly request parents to contact us beforehand to ensure they meet our standards. Participants can register online or simply turn up on the day with their payment ready. Online bookings close at 10pm on Friday nights so that we can prepare lists and gear accordingly for Saturday's session. Remember to use your child’s name during registration, not yours, when booking through our system. For members of HHYCC (Hillside Happy Young Cyclists Club), there is a special discount available, making it even more affordable for those already part of the club community. Our club relies on volunteers from all walks of life to help with various roles such as registration, bike maintenance, and coaching. If you're interested in contributing your time and skills, we invite you to reach out—we operate on a rotating schedule that accommodates everyone's availability. Experience the thrill of cycling alongside like-minded peers while enjoying the supportive atmosphere at HHYCC’s Saturday sessions this January 2nd, 2027.

About Southwark
Learn more about the host city, Southwark.
Southwark is a district of Central London situated on the south bank of the River Thames, forming the north-western part of the wider modern London Borough of Southwark. The district, which is the oldest part of South London, developed due to its position at the southern end of the early versions of London Bridge, for centuries the only dry crossing on the river. Around 43 AD, engineers of the Roman Empire found the geographic features of the south bank here suitable for the placement and construction of the first bridge.
