10° TREINÃO LAGOA RUN - EDIÇÃO OUTUBRO ROSA

The Treinão Lagoa Run: October Rosa Edition is an empowering sports event that combines physical activity with awareness for women's health and wellness. Set to take place on October 31, 2026, this vibrant race features a 5km run and a family-friendly 3k walk, along with a Kids' Race for children up to age 11. The competitive categories are divided by gender across various age groups from 12-60+ years old.
Participants must register through the official channels of the event organizers and pay their entry fee before receiving confirmation. Each runner will receive a race bib that should be worn prominently throughout the course, especially at the finish line where they'll sign a commitment form upon collection.
The run takes place in Lagoa, with scenic views around the lake providing an inspiring backdrop for runners to enjoy while supporting important health initiatives. The route is marked and staffed strategically along the way by volunteers who will assist participants as needed. Police support ensures safety and traffic management during the event.
Hydration stations are placed throughout both race courses, ensuring all athletes stay hydrated on their journey around Lagoa's picturesque paths. Runners should be cautious of local traffic but can follow clear instructions from organizers to navigate safely through the course without using headphones for audio guidance.
The competitive 5km run awards top male and female finishers in overall standings as well as first-place winners within each age category, with no overlap between general rankings and individual age group prizes. This inclusive event not only celebrates women's health but also fosters a sense of community among participants dedicated to wellness and athletic achievement.
