Required Documents: Non-licensed participants must provide a PPS (Health Prevention Passport) – mandatory for all unaffiliated runners.

Course Details: The 5 km consists of one loop around the lake. The 10 km (officially measured for the AS races) consists of two loops. Kids' courses are 750m and 1500m.

Aid Stations: Refreshments are available both along the course and at the finish line.
Parking: Numerous regulated and directed parking areas are available near the event site. Early arrival is recommended.
