Chandigarh 10K

On February 28, 2027, runners will gather in Sector 1 of Chandigarh for the Chandigarh 10K, an early morning race that promises to be one of the largest and most competitive events in Punjab. The event features two distances: a challenging 10K run starting at around 6:00 AM and a shorter but equally exciting 5K option beginning shortly after at approximately 6:20 AM.
Participants will enjoy chip-timed races on well-marked roads, with the cooler temperatures of late February providing ideal conditions for peak performance. The race is open to runners aged 16 and above for the longer distance, while those between 12 and 18 years old can participate in the 5K event (with parental consent required).
Entry fees include a race bib equipped with timing technology, an official event t-shirt, a finisher's medal upon completion, as well as hydration stations along the course and refreshments at the finish line. Race day bib collection is not available; instead, runners must collect their materials on Saturday, February 27th from a location to be announced.
The Chandigarh Life (CHDLIFE), in collaboration with Sogrow Ventures Private Limited, aims to make this race an annual highlight for both local and visiting athletes. With stunning views of the cityscape and a vibrant atmosphere, the Chandigarh 10K is set to offer runners a memorable experience on one of India's most scenic courses.
